The single spec mixed an SSO login test, a biber-DM-administrator test, and the three persona shims; each rebuilt its own env-var bindings and helpers. Splits the surface into thin per-test modules around a `_shared.js` that owns the env asserts, the popup/channel-view/logout helpers, and the SSO bootstrap. `startMattermostSsoFlow` now polls `/login` for up to 120 s instead of waiting 30 s once, so the v1 bulk reinstall no longer flakes when the Mattermost SPA takes longer than 30 s to mount `#input_loginId` under concurrent deploy load.
