On swarm a 'type: bind' of a host-rendered file exists only on the node that rendered it; other nodes reject the service ('invalid mount config: bind source path does not exist') so it never converges. Convert the single-file binds to 'type: config' (swarm-distributed, content-hashed name rotates on change), mirroring the working nginx_conf sibling: moodle+wordpress msmtprc (0444), decidim allowed_hosts.rb (0444), bluesky pdsadmin (0555, executable).
