kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.8 ad810111fd refactor(web-app-bookwyrm): drop LDAP from role config and tests

BookWyrm auth rides the Keycloak SSO-proxy sidecar (flavor: oauth2); the
trusted-header bridge is auth-source-agnostic, so the LDAP-specific role
config, variant, and test added no coverage. Remove them:

- meta/services.yml: drop the ldap service block
- meta/variants.yml: drop the LDAP-only variant (now OIDC default + disabled)
- vars/main.yml: drop BOOKWYRM_LDAP_ENABLED
- templates/playwright.env.j2: drop LDAP_SERVICE_ENABLED
- playwright: drop test-ldap-login.js and its aggregator require
