evangelostsak 5d0e8c6ccd feat(test-e2e-cli): include the roles a CLI test declares under cli.requires

Read through the role_tests lookup like the other cli keys. CLI tests only
run in dev, act and github, so a prerequisite never reaches production.

Description

Test E2E Cli is an application.

Overview

This role deploys Test E2E Cli.

Cosmos
