Switch to variable-driven service names (TAIGA_* vars), add container_name patterns, normalize volume mappings via TAIGA_VOLUME_STATIC/MEDIA, fix depends_on to use TAIGA_* vars, and set RabbitMQ hostnames from vars. Remove obsolete Development.md.
