`cli build include` generated one tasks/groups/<group>-roles.yml per invokable category during setup, and the stage plays included those files. They were written by the in-container UID, which is why a dedicated clean-container-owned helper had to delete them from inside the container.
The stage plays now loop over lookup('group_roles', <group>) and include tasks/utils/setup/{group,role}.yml directly. ordered_roles() in utils/roles/order.py holds the run_after topological sort the generator used to perform at build time.
utils/roles/stage.py:_group_names() no longer globs the generated files; it reads get_invokable_paths(), the same categories.yml source those files were derived from.
Measured: handlers still flush after every role (ansible-core 2.20.2, three loop items, three separate handler runs), and resolving all 18 groups costs 0.60s cold against 1.4s for the generator.

tasks/groups/*-roles.yml are gitignored, so branch switches leave
orphans behind; a stale svc-virt-roles.yml injected a phantom group
into the stage order and referenced a role absent on this branch.
Remove any group file not in the current invokable set before
regenerating, and drop narration comments flagged by the comment lint.

Bug fixes:
- cli/meta/{callorder -> roles/callorder} dropped its hard-coded
parents[3] PROJECT_ROOT (broke after the directory move and resolved
to <repo>/cli/); it now reuses utils.PROJECT_ROOT.
Help renderer (cli/core/help.py + colors.py):
- DIM color on the description column to separate it from the command name
- Blank line between the long command name and its wrapped description
- Italic invocation under the category heading + leading blank line
- New Style.ITALIC
Doc updates: path references in docs/requirements/00{8,10}*.md plus
soft-wrap fixes in the touched regions.

Replaces inline `applications`/`users` merging with dedicated lookup
plugins and runtime hydration. Introduces `add_csp_hash` filter,
integrates sort into `find_dock_val_by_bkp_entr`, splits the Keycloak
one-shot realm import into `05a_realm_import_run.yml`, and fixes the
Mastodon administrator task YAML. Removes obsolete `csp_hashes` filter,
`sys-token-store` Jinja filter, and empty CLI setup modules.

Move TLS/ACME/CA vars out of 00_general into group_vars/all/02_tls.yml and renumber subsequent group_vars files. Add sys-ca-selfsigned to generate /etc/<software>/ca/root-ca.crt and make docker-compose-ca depend on it. Update setup script, templates, and tests to use the new applications/users file numbering.

Add two local test helpers to run full-stack deployments for all discovered apps:
- make test-local-inventory-init-all: bring up dev stack and create inventory
(/etc/inventories/local-full-<type>/servers.yml) including all apps
- make test-local-run-all: run deploy using the pre-initialized inventory
Also mark various scripts as executable (chmod +x) to ensure consistent
behavior across environments.
