kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 5 2fd06d1b93 refactor(ci): move release_inputs into release/ 
Two scripts sharing a delimiter-bounded name prefix are a folder in disguise, and tests/lint/repository/structure/test_prefix_grouped_files.py refuses them. A second release_* resolver is coming, so give the group its directory now and drop the prefix from the name.
