kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 5.5	08fba6b3ef	feat(networks): look up a same-node URL in the network a vhost or consumer needs ... network_url moves a URL into the network of the vhost being rendered, network_urls lists it once per network sibling with that sibling's scheme, and network_redirects fans a redirect source out to its siblings while the target stays canonical.
