kevinveenbirkenbach 6eb35ef450 refactor(cli): remove wildcard re-exports from __init__ wrappers 
Replace `from .__main__ import *` with controlled re-exports based on `__all__`
to avoid namespace pollution and improve static analysis.

Public APIs remain unchanged while making re-export behavior explicit and
lint-friendly across all CLI subpackages.
