The front proxy logged the full request line: production had no
access_log, so nginx fell back to `combined` ($request, Referer,
$remote_user), and the debug format logged $request and the Referer.
Query-string tokens (?access_token=, ?key=, ?token=) and token routes
such as /password/reset/{token} and /i/confirm-email/{user}/{random}
ended up in plain text in the container log.
nginx.conf.j2 now declares a map from $request_uri to
$infinito_access_log_path:
- the path is written without the query string;
- the segments after a known token route (password/reset,
password-reset, reset-password, confirm-email,
lostpassword/reset/form, email-login, activate-account; matched
case-insensitively at any depth) are written as [redacted], so the
request, its status and timings stay visible without the token.
Both modes write an explicit access_log to /dev/stdout:
- production uses the new `redacted` format, laid out like `combined`
(remote address, time, "method path protocol", status, bytes,
user agent) with Referer and basic-auth user written as "-", so
combined-style parsers keep working;
- debug keeps its fields (host, timings, upstream time, lengths,
X-Forwarded-For, scheme, server name) but logs
"method path protocol" instead of $request and drops the Referer.
The path comes from $request_uri instead of $uri so internal rewrites
(error_page, try_files) do not replace the path the client requested.
Nothing in the repository parses the proxy access log (Wazuh, the
health checks and the Prometheus log_by_lua metrics do not read it),
so no consumer needs to change. The error log still carries
`request:` and `referrer:` on error-level entries; that is outside
this change.
A unit test renders nginx.conf.j2 in both modes and asserts that every
access_log uses a format declared there, that no format references
$request, $request_uri, $args, $query_string, $is_args, $arg_*,
$http_referer or $remote_user, and, by resolving the map as nginx does,
that query strings are dropped, token routes are redacted and
lookalike paths stay unchanged.
Verified live with web-svc-html in production mode (deploy failed=0, so
openresty accepted the config). A probe request to
/password/reset/<probe>?token=<probe> was logged as
"GET /password/reset/[redacted] HTTP/1.1" 404 62 "-" "curl/8.14.1",
and /plain/page as "GET /plain/page HTTP/1.1". Negative control: the
same request against the previous config logged the probe path token
and the query token in plain text. The debug format with the fix is
covered by the unit test only.

Main CI run 40976399687, socialhome#0 (swarm, tor, centos): the CLI tests
of svc-net-tor (onion:25 "socks CONNECT failed with reply 0x01") and
web-app-stalwart (probe_mail relay: ConnectionRefusedError on port 25)
failed. dockerd on the manager had aborted the whole ingress program of
the mail stack:
Failed to add ingress: failed to program ingress ports:
failed to bind host port 0.0.0.0:993/tcp: address already in use
/proc/net/tcp named the squatter: 192.168.244.10:993 -> :2049, the
node's own NFS client. The mount carries no noresvport, so the kernel
drew a source port from the 665-1023 reserved window and landed on
imaps. None of 25/465/993/995/4190/8095 got a DNAT rule or a
docker-proxy listener while every other published port did, and
stalwart still reported healthy because its healthcheck runs inside the
container. 993 and 995 are the only published ports inside that window,
so this is luck of the draw on any NFS-backed swarm host that runs the
mail role.
mount_opts now emits noresvport. insecure on the kernel-flavor export is
the other half: kernel nfsd defaults to secure and answers a mount from
an unprivileged source port with EACCES. It reaches the kernel flavor
only; ganesha already accepts unprivileged clients.
What it costs: the next deploy of every existing NFS client sees a
pending opts change and remounts the shared state; a host-side job
holding that path at that instant fails loudly. A plain remount may keep
a running mount on its old reserved port until the next real mount.
Port of f46c4d0bab from feature/store-i18n, applied identically so the
later store-i18n -> main merge stays conflict-free.

CodeQL py/unused-global-variable flagged two test package inits
(code-scanning alerts #1068 and #1072):
- tests/unit/python/roles/web-app-fider/__init__.py exports PROJECT_ROOT
to test_tenant_bootstrap_gate.py through `from . import PROJECT_ROOT`
but declared no __all__. Declare it, as every other test package
that re-exports PROJECT_ROOT does.
- tests/unit/python/roles/sys-front-tls/__init__.py defined a
PROJECT_ROOT nothing imports: the only test lives in templates/, whose
own __init__.py provides it. Leave the role-level package init empty,
like the other role-level test packages.

Addresses two CodeRabbit findings on PR #1261.
1. Scoped IPv6 (thread 4421596356): ipaddress.ip_network accepts a scope
ID, so `fe80::1%eth0` resolved to `fe80::1%eth0/128` and the vhost
would carry `allow fe80::1%eth0/128;`, which nginx refuses to load.
kc_admin_networks now raises AnsibleFilterError for any entry whose
network address carries a scope ID. test_admin_allowlist.py covers a
scoped address and a scoped CIDR; both fail against the previous
filter.
2. Module docstring (thread 4421596351): removed; it described the
module instead of documenting parameters or a trip-wire.

rsync 3.5.0 (Debian security update 3.5.0+ds1-0+deb13u1) refuses a
destination symlink owned by neither root nor the calling user.
svc-opt-ssd-hdd turns a volume's `_data` into a symlink to /mnt/hdd or
/mnt/ssd. The restore drill empties the volume and runs `compose create`;
docker repopulates it and lchowns the `_data` symlink to the image
directory's owner (e.g. www-data). The restore then failed with
"refusing to follow a symlink owned by an untrusted user" and
"change_dir#1 .../_data/ failed: Too many levels of symbolic links",
the drill left its subjects down, and the dependent checks timed out
(CI run 40979252521, ssd-hdd#0, on feature/store-i18n; recover.py is
identical on main).
VolumeRecovery now resolves the mountpoint before handing it to rsync:
os.path.realpath locally, `ssh <host> realpath -e -- <mountpoint>` for
--docker-host, so rsync writes into the real directory and never meets
the symlink. `--insecure-links` was not used because older rsync builds
on other distributions lack it. Two new unit tests (local symlinked
mountpoint, remote resolution); both fail against the previous code.
Root cause and fix by the i18n session (feature/store-i18n triage of
ssd-hdd#0), ported to main.

The shared OpenResty nginx.conf took worker_processes and worker_connections
from WEBSERVER_WORKER_*, which are the min() of svc-prx-openresty's limits and
the current play's application_id. The file renders once, in the scope of
whichever role loads the proxy first, so that role's limits capped every vhost:
on feature/store-i18n web-svc-mirror (pids_limit 64) loaded it first, every
vhost got worker_connections 64, and openresty raised 555 "64
worker_connections are not enough while connecting to upstream" alerts while a
single openwebui page fires ~150-170 chunk requests (CI run 40979252521,
homeassistant#1). Main carries the same wiring.
Add WEBSERVER_PROXY_WORKER_PROCESSES and WEBSERVER_PROXY_WORKER_CONNECTIONS,
computed from svc-prx-openresty's own openresty service only (same
resource_filter fallbacks, at least one worker), and render nginx.conf from
them. WEBSERVER_WORKER_* keep pairing the proxy with the play for app-internal
nginx such as Nextcloud's. The values can only stay equal or rise.

Addresses three CodeRabbit findings on PR #1265.
1. LAM hardening invisible to the probe (thread 4413764929): the runtime
check probes PHP with `php -r`, the CLI SAPI. web-app-lam mounted the
hardening ini only into /etc/php/8.4/apache2/conf.d, which the Debian
CLI does not scan, so the probe read unhardened CLI settings and the
check failed for LAM. The php_hardening entry now also mounts the ini
into /etc/php/8.4/cli/conf.d. No other role mounts it into a Debian
per-SAPI directory; the rest use the shared scan dir of the official
image or of Alpine. The TODO entry now names the remaining gap: the
probe reads only the CLI copy.
2. Explanatory comment above HEALTH_RUNTIME_FLOORS (thread 4413764949):
removed. The README already states the end-of-life rule and now also
defines a floor as the lowest patched release of each line.
3. `apk --no-cache add` missed (thread 4415018662): PACKAGE_INSTALL_PATTERN
required `add` right after `apk`, so `RUN apk --no-cache add php7`
passed as an image without PHP. The apk branch now accepts options
before `add`, like the apt branch. New tests cover the option form and
guard that `apk` in a path or a comment is no package install.

tasks/00_core.yml built webserver_extra_configuration by concatenating the
helper iframes, the admin allowlist and the logout panel template lookups
with `~`. With the shipped empty `services.keycloak.admin.allowed_networks`
the allowlist template rendered no text, Ansible's template lookup returned
None for it, and `~` wrote the word "None" into the auth vhost. OpenResty
then refused `unknown directive "Nonelocation"` in front of the logout
panel location and every deploy with Keycloak went red.
The role now resolves the declared networks once in KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_NETWORKS
and the task appends the allowlist template only when that list is not
empty, the same guard the logout panel uses. The template renders the
restricted /admin location unconditionally from KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_NETWORKS.
With a list that did not contain the deploy host, the deploy still went
red: Keycloak answers `/` with a redirect to `/admin/`, so the CSP health
check and the front proxy probe, which request `/` from the host, got 403
and hlth-csp failed. While the allowlist is active, `location = /` now
redirects to the account console of the platform realm instead, and the
README no longer claims the deploy needs no entry for any reason.
test_admin_allowlist.py rendered the template with plain Jinja, which
yields '' for an empty template, so it could not see the None. It now
evaluates the task's own webserver_extra_configuration expression through
Ansible's Templar and real template lookup, which reproduces
"HELPER_IFRAMES\nNoneLOGOUT_PANEL" on the old task, and covers the root
redirect.

00_core.yml included 01_setup_oidc.yml only when services.sso.enabled
was true, but that file carried the whole tenant bootstrap: wait for
HTTP, count tenants, POST /_api/tenants, create the admin user and
activate the tenant. Only its last task configured the Keycloak
provider. With SSO off no tenant was ever created.
Fider's RequireTenant middleware then answers every tenant route,
/api/v1/tags included, with 307 to /signup, and /signup is open to any
visitor, who can claim the fresh installation and become its
administrator. The MCP read fider_list_tags got that 307 in the swarm
SSO-off matrix row.
The tenant bootstrap moves unchanged into tasks/01_tenant.yml, which
00_core.yml includes on the stack host regardless of SSO. The OIDC file
becomes tasks/02_setup_oidc.yml and keeps only the provider upsert,
still gated on services.sso.enabled. The README states which bootstrap
steps run without SSO.
A unit test evaluates the include and task guards for every SSO,
stack-host and deploy-mode state: a fresh stack host posts exactly one
tenant with and without SSO, an existing tenant is never posted again,
the Keycloak provider is written only with SSO, and a non-stack host
runs none of it. The compose matrix row with SSO off stayed green
because nothing there read a tenant route.

The Validation step "Assert the base branch is fully merged into the PR
head" ran main_merged.sh, which fetches the live tip of main when the job
starts. PR runs wait in the queue for hours while image-update PRs land
on main several times an hour, so nearly every queued run failed
Validation on start and had to be re-pushed after another main merge
(PR #1265: behind_by=0 at push, behind_by=9 while its run still queued).
main_merged.sh takes a new INFINITO_MAIN_COMMIT override: when set, it
fetches that full commit SHA from the remote and requires HEAD to
contain it instead of the live tip; a set but malformed or empty value
exits 2. The Validation step passes github.event.pull_request.base.sha,
the main tip at event time, which the step's pull_request-only guard
always provides. The run tests the merge against that base, so the gate
still guarantees the tested tree contains it.
The local pre-push hook (make test-main-merged) leaves the override
unset and keeps checking the live tip: a push happens right now, so
lagging the current main is the real defect there.

Three CodeRabbit findings on PR #1265:
- script.py listed the running containers with `container ps` and
`container inspect` without a timeout, so a hung engine kept the daily
unit active forever and blocked the next timer run. Both calls now use
EXEC_TIMEOUT_SECONDS; main turns a timeout or engine error into a
one-line failure and exit 1 instead of a traceback.
- runtime.py's PHP_PACKAGE_PATTERN requires a digit after "php", so an
image installing an unversioned interpreter package (`php-cli`) and
setting no PHP_VERSION was reported as PHP-free. The interpreter
packages php, php-cli, php-fpm, php-cgi, php-phpdbg and
libapache2-mod-php are now recorded as PhpRuntime.packages and reported
with an unknown patch level; extension and library packages
(php-mysql, php-pear, php-common, phpmyadmin) and paths do not count.
- php_finding returned early for a patched PHP_VERSION, so an end-of-life
package line installed next to it (e.g. php7) was never reported. The
version only returns a finding now; otherwise the lines are judged too.
Every finding has unit tests that fail on the previous code.

Two CI failures on PR #1265 (run 40834164415):
- Chunk 0 / SuiteCRM#2 (swarm): the post-load flush included
sys-ctl-hlth-runtime on every play host, the NFS server too, which never
gets sys-svc-container and therefore has no `container` CLI. The unit
died with FileNotFoundError: 'container'. The role entry now runs only
where a container runtime exists: in compose mode, or on swarm nodes
('svc-swarm-node' in group_names), the same role-entry host scoping that
sys-ctl-hlth-csp and sys-ctl-hlth-webserver use with IS_STACK_HOST.
Workers stay covered because PHP replicas can run there.
- Workspace (ubuntu): tests/external/repository/test_urls_reachable.py
probed the literal "https://hub.docker.com/v2" from
utils/docker/image/runtime.py:20 and got HTTP 404. The constant is gone;
the endpoint is written as one f-string at the call site, the way
utils/update/docker.py:104 and utils/update/source.py do, which the URL
test skips as a template. With the scheme now visible in the literal,
ruff reported the noqa: S310 on urllib.request.Request as unused.
Both test files that imported unittest twice (CodeQL) now use one
`from unittest import ...` form.
The run_once queue leak that spreads the stack host's post-load queue to
every host is fixed separately on the updater line (70ed8a2e98); when it
meets main, sys-ctl-hlth-runtime moves into sys-svc-container's queue.

`make autoformat` rewrites roles/web-app-seaweedfs/vars/main.yml and
tests/unit/python/roles/web-app-stalwart/test_store_guard.py on every
checkout of main, so every quality gate on every branch leaves them as
unstaged changes, and the gate lints a tree the commit does not carry.
The YAML change folds one line of the `>-` scalar
SEAWEEDFS_S3_ADMIN_CURL; the parsed value is identical. The Python
change is ruff's line wrapping only.

The Mailu assert accepted any non-empty forward on the rua user, so a
forward to a user without a mailbox let the deploy publish an rua address
whose alias delivers nowhere. A forward now satisfies the assert only when
its target carries a mailbox account.
production_facts.py let a later duplicate tag overwrite an earlier one, so
a record with two rua tags passed although receivers discard it (DKIM
tag-list rules, adopted by RFC 7489). dmarc_tags now raises on a duplicate
tag and check_dmarc reports the record as invalid. The rua comparison also
took the raw URI text, so a percent-encoded address or one followed by
mailto header fields never matched; the address is now cut at '?' and
percent-decoded after the size suffix is removed (RFC 6068).

The dashboard sent script-src 'unsafe-inline' from two sources. Its own
meta/csp.yml granted it to script-src-attr, and build_csp_header adds it
to script-src-elem and script-src-attr for every app with
services.logout.enabled. Both reach script-src through the family union,
and the token in script-src-elem also closes the hash gate, so the
hashes that sys-front-inj-javascript, -dashboard, -logout and -matomo
register for their inline snippets were discarded.
build_csp_header now skips the logout grant on a directive whose
meta/csp.yml sets unsafe-inline: false. Only web-app-dashboard sets it:
on script-src and script-src-elem. Its injected snippets now run by hash
and the logout one-liner is hashed like the others. A render of
build_csp_header for every role, variant, logout on/off and tor on/off
(1712 headers) differs from origin/main only in the 8 web-app-dashboard
headers; the 86 other roles that declare a logout service render
byte-identical policies.
script-src-attr keeps 'unsafe-inline': port-ui 2.2.2 still renders
inline event handlers (menu onclick entries, openDynamicPopup,
closeAllModals, the card image onerror). It goes once the port-ui
release without inline handlers is pinned and header.yml.j2 moves from
onclick to action.
The dashboard Playwright spec asserts that script-src and script-src-elem
carry no 'unsafe-inline' on the landing page, next to its existing check
for CSP violations.

Answering "which deployed containers run a vulnerable PHP?" after
CVE-2026-109618/109619 took a manual inventory of registry metadata, and
nothing noticed a hardening ini that an image never loads.
- New role sys-ctl-hlth-runtime, routed through sys-svc-compose next to
sys-ctl-hlth-container. A daily timer runs `php` in every running
container and fails, alerting through sys-ctl-alm-compose, when PHP is
below the floor of its line or on a line older than every floor (7.4,
8.1). Every service that mounts php_hardening in meta/volumes.yml fails
while expose_php or session.upload_progress.enabled is on; other PHP
containers of such a stack are listed as info. Compose and swarm
containers are matched by their project/stack and service labels. The
check is not run at deploy time, so a finding never fails a deploy.
- The floors (8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27, 8.5.12) live once, in
HEALTH_RUNTIME_FLOORS of the role's vars/main.yml.
- `make security-runtimes` lists the PHP of every pinned role image
without pulling: Docker Hub tags through the Hub API, which no pull rate
limit meters, other registries through the OCI config blob (new
registry.config_blob, which the healthcheck probe now reuses).
PHP_VERSION, distro PHP packages and a PHP_BASE build argument count. It
exits 1 on an image below its floor or one the registry did not answer.
Today it flags nfrastack/fusiondirectory:1.5 (line 7.4) and
shopware/docker-base:8.3 (8.3.25).
The role TODO.md keeps the follow-ups: further runtimes, the split web
SAPI of web-app-lam, a scheduled CI run of the report and the CVE scan.

The Keycloak vhost proxied every path to Keycloak, so the admin console
and the admin REST API under /admin/realms answered any client on the
internet (observed on auth.veen.world and auth.infinito.nexus), and
sys-svc-proxy had no way to limit a path by source address.
services.keycloak.admin.allowed_networks now takes the networks the
operator declares in the inventory. When the list is non-empty, the
vhost gets its own `location ^~ /admin`, rendered through the shared
html.conf.j2 like `/`, with one `allow` per entry and `deny all`. The
`^~` modifier keeps a regex location from taking an admin path over.
The OIDC endpoints under /realms/ and the assets under /resources/ stay
public. The role ships the list empty and adds no network of its own,
so an inventory that declares nothing renders today's vhost unchanged.
kc_admin_networks rejects anything but a list of addresses or CIDR
blocks without host bits, so a typo fails the render instead of the
nginx reload.
The deploy's own admin calls do not cross the vhost: every kcadm.sh
login, including web-app-opentalk's and web-app-mattermost's, runs
inside the Keycloak container against a loopback URL, and a unit test
now pins that. The README names the callers that do cross it (the
OpenTalk controller's user search, onion visitors, the Playwright
suites) and so need an entry. The TODO.md item is dropped.
Closes#1121

The onion port probe gave every SOCKS connect 60s, half of Tor's
SocksTimeout (120s by default; torrc does not set it), although its own
docstring argued that abandoning an attempt before SocksTimeout is
destructive. Every attempt authenticates with fresh credentials, so Tor
builds a whole new rendezvous for it and keeps working on it until
SocksTimeout. The probe walked away first and called the port dead. The
other raw onion connects in the repository, the svc-db-* CLI tests and
test-e2e-playwright's wait_onion_reachable.sh, wait 120s per attempt.
Run 40128751852 shows how often an attempt needs more than that. Of 178
svc-net-tor CLI runs in its 89 compose onion jobs, three lost their
first attempt to the 60s timeout and connected on the second within
seconds (Shopware#1, Hugo#1, n8n#1; the CLI test took 77-79s against
the usual 1-16s), and Hugo#1's other run took 40s on a single attempt. When
the stall outlasts the 70s until the second attempt, the probe fails
while the HTTP probe reaches the same onion port seconds earlier:
OpenBao#1 (run 39166850273, job 118050491920, the original failure of
#1048) and Socialhome#1 (run 40088473634, job 121019758461). In the
Socialhome job tor.log holds no line for either attempt, because Tor
never reached its own verdict.
ONION_PORT_TIMEOUT is now 130: SocksTimeout plus room for Tor's
once-per-second expiry sweep, so an attempt ends with Tor's own answer
(reply 0x06, and a "Giving up" notice in tor.log, which the rescue
artifact captures) instead of the probe's. The second attempt now starts
at 140s and ends at 270s, so the probe rides out every stall the old
budget did, and any stall shorter than about 260s instead of about 120s.
A green run still costs one connect per port, and a refused or unmapped
port still fails at once. A unit test pins the window above Tor's
SocksTimeout and fails as soon as torrc sets its own.
That doubles what a dead port costs, and meta/tests.yml caps the whole
CLI test. The largest compose onion deploy in run 40128751852 probes 19
domains and 5 ports; with everything dead that is 19 x 350 + 5 x 260 +
10 = 7960s, beyond the 7200s that 069df39027 set for the same reason.
9000 keeps the full failure output for up to 22 domains.

#1115 raised HSTS to one year but set no X-Content-Type-Options,
Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy or HSTS includeSubDomains/preload,
because none of them is safe globally: nosniff lets ORB block no-cors
responses typed text/html, includeSubDomains on the apex covers hosts
the platform does not serve, and a server-level add_header is dropped
in every location that sets its own.
WEBSERVER_SECURITY_HEADERS (group_vars/all/04_webserver.yml) now holds
the platform values, all opt-in: nosniff false, no Referrer-Policy, no
Permissions-Policy, HSTS max-age one year without includeSubDomains or
preload. A role overrides any key under security_headers in its
meta/server.yml, an inventory under
applications.<role>.server.security_headers.
The new security_headers filter merges both, rejects unknown keys,
wrong types, unknown Referrer-Policy tokens, non-printable header values
and preload without includeSubDomains or below a one-year max-age, and
composes the HSTS value.
- nosniff, Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy are set in the Lua
header filter of content_security_policy.conf.j2, next to CSP, so a
location's own add_header cannot drop them. Referrer-Policy is only
set when the upstream sends none; Permissions-Policy only on HTML
documents.
- HSTS stays the single server-level add_header in nginx_ssl_header.j2,
now with the per-app value. A second emitter in Lua would duplicate
the header. It stays inside the TLS branch, which onion vhosts never
enter, so an onion vhost gets no HSTS even when its app opts in.
No role opts in yet, so rendered vhosts are unchanged.

Both mail providers published "v=DMARC1; p=reject; ruf=...; adkim=s;
aspf=s" without a rua tag, so the domain owner received no aggregate
reports and could not see who sends in the domain's name or whether
legitimate mail fails alignment.
services.<entity>.dmarc.rua_user in web-app-stalwart and web-app-mailu
now names the users-catalogue key whose mailbox receives the aggregate
reports. It is set to administrator, the one user every deployment
provisions with a mailbox (user-administrator), and an inventory may
name another key. The address is built as <username>@<mail domain>,
which is the exact account or alias the provider creates, so the record
never points at an address the server does not serve. An assert in the
DNS task fails the deploy before any record is written when the user
carries no mailbox account (Stalwart), or neither a mailbox account nor
a forward alias (Mailu), so reports cannot bounce. Mailu's DMARC_RUA
env, which only feeds the record its admin UI suggests, now carries the
same local part instead of the unprovisioned "admin".
production_facts.py takes a required --dmarc-rua. check_dmarc parses
the record's tags and fails unless rua names that mailbox (size
suffixes and several URIs are accepted). The policy check now reads the
p tag instead of matching the substring "p=", which "sp=" also matched.

- test_file_spot: test_store_guard.py builds the vars path with
ROLE_FILE_VARS_MAIN instead of a hard-coded "vars" / "main.yml" chain.

Follow-up to the v1.0.0 port, closing holes a review and a local run found:
- WebUI sign-in: WebUI v2 sends an http:// client-metadata-document id
on the onion origin, which Stalwart v1.0.0 rejects (unknown http ids
get no CIMD fallback, trusted hosts require TLS). The recovery admin
under SSO hit the same wall with the bare id 'stalwart-webui'. Register
a public first-party x:OAuthClient 'stalwart-webui' with the WebUI's
callback and login URIs on the served origin, and always inject it as
the Application's oauthClientId. Native sign-in now shows Stalwart's
consent step; test-login-native.js clicks it and also runs under SSO.
- Store guard: the previous guard only checked a running 0.16 server; a
local run showed v1 writing into a 0.16 store whose server was stopped.
The guard now reads the store whenever one exists (shared: pg_database,
dedicated: volume) and fails on the 0.16 bigint layout. A host marker
written at the end of a successful v1 deploy lets restores and
redeploys with a stopped dedicated database pass; without the marker,
a stopped dedicated database fails with an explicit message instead of
a masked psql error. Queries retry while the database recovers.
- README: WebUI sign-in, guard semantics, restore and redeploy.

Follow-up to the bucket-policy deny, closing holes two reviews found:
- Scope: the policy was only applied during a consumer's own deploy, so a
provider-only or partial deploy left other buckets without it. Every
provider deploy now converges all existing consumer buckets, and a
consumer's provisioning applies it right after creating the bucket.
- Ownership: our statement is identified by Sid DenyAnonymousRead; a
public bucket loses only that statement, operator statements survive.
- Errors: only a 404 NoSuchBucketPolicy means "no policy"; any other
status fails the read loudly.
- Credentials: curl expands the admin credential itself via --variable
instead of --user "$VAR", which put it on curl's argv and in the
host's ps.
- Curl runs through the repository's curl filter with timeouts, the
read-only tasks run in check mode, and bucket names are parsed exactly
instead of by substring.
- README: corrected embedded-mode authentication and documented the
convergence.

SeaweedFS 4.49+ honours a public-read object or bucket ACL on an unsigned
GET/HEAD/list even in a bucket the platform treats as private
(seaweedfs/seaweedfs#11605). Since consumers hold WriteAcp, an app could
expose objects through the public S3 API domain just by sending
x-amz-acl: public-read.
Put a bucket policy on every non-public consumer bucket that denies
s3:Get* and s3:List* to principal "*" when aws:username is null. SeaweedFS
evaluates that deny before any AllUsers grant; signed and presigned
requests carry an IAM user ARN, so aws:username is set and they are not
affected. Public buckets keep their anonymous Read grant, and a bucket
that turns public gets our deny lifted again. Embedded sidecars publish
no port and are left as they are.

Stalwart v1.0.0 rejects unknown JMAP properties ("Invalid property" ->
notCreated/notUpdated), validates OIDC tokens more strictly and refuses to
open a data store from before 1.0. Port the role and protect existing
installs:
- Milter: hostname/timeoutConnect/timeoutCommand/timeoutData become
host/connectTimeout/commandTimeout/dataTimeout; the existing milter is
looked up by host.
- Onion relay route: address becomes host.
- OIDC directory: requireAudience is gone. Set skipAudienceValidation and
unscopedTokens=interoperable on create and update, so Keycloak tokens
(no Stalwart audience, no mail scope) keep working for the WebUI and
Roundcube XOAUTH2.
- WebUI: send oauthClientId only with SSO enabled; without SSO the WebUI
falls back to its own client metadata document.
- Store guard: before anything changes, a running Stalwart whose table u
still has the 0.16 bigint layout stops the deploy and points to the
stalwart-migrate steps, which the README now documents under
"Upgrading from 0.16".
- Updater: pin the WebUI git_tags source to v2.* to match server 1.x.
