kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 5 be6a25517c feat(docker): classify image pins and build pull references from the class
A digest pin was emitted as `name:sha256:...`, which no registry accepts:
image_source('ghcr.io/.../csp-checker', 'sha256:d559...') returned
'ghcr.io/.../csp-checker:3.0.0'. The separator depends on the pin class, so
the class has to be decided before the reference is built.

utils/docker/image/pin.py names the three classes in preference order
(semver, then digest, then a general ref that no registry can order) and
maps each to the nocheck marker that declares it. Both discovery entry
points now end in pull_reference(), so '@' versus ':' is decided in one
place instead of at every call site.

The semver pin lint points a digest at 'docker-digest' instead of
'docker-version', so the two fallbacks stay distinguishable in the
suppression catalog. It stays warn-only.

kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 5 71888d86af refactor(ci): prefix workflows by trigger
The workflow directory mixed entry points, reusable stages and scheduled jobs into one flat list sorted by topic, so the first question about any file - what starts it - was the one the name did not answer. Every workflow now carries one of three prefixes, derived from its on: block: cron- for a schedule trigger, call- for one only reachable through workflow_call, entry- for everything a repository event or a human starts. Scheduled workflows additionally carry an alarm clock as the first character of their name.

Two lints keep it that way. One derives the expected prefix from the triggers and compares it against the file name; it flagged all 17 offenders before the rename and none after. The other resolves every .github/workflows/<file> string in the repository against the directory, which is what a rename silently breaks in Markdown links, Python constants and shell API URLs alike.

Renaming pulled 69 pre-existing comments into the comment lint's changed-file scope. The vendored CodeQL template got the nocheck marker its scorecard sibling already carried, two workflow headers moved above name: where they count as file headers, and the remaining banners were deleted.

kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.7 15de5afced test(lint/ansible/services): warn-only check for non-semver image and ref pins
Adds `test_semver_pinning.py` under `tests/lint/ansible/services/`.
Recursively walks every `roles/*/meta/services.yml`, surfaces a
warning for every `image:`+`version:` pair and every `repository:`+`ref:`
pair whose value is not semver-compatible. Output via the shared
annotations helper (GitHub Actions `::warning::` plus pytest's
`warnings.warn`), with a single trailing suppression hint when any
finding fires. Never fails the test session.

Suppression reuses the existing markers:
  - `# nocheck: docker-version` for `version:` pins
  - `# nocheck: repository-version` for `ref:` pins
Both accept same-line or line-above placement. The existing external
update checks (`utils/update/docker.suppressed_services` and
`utils/update/repository.suppressed_ref_lines`) are loosened from
strict `line-above` to the default `same-or-above` for consistent
marker semantics across all three consumers.

Updates `docs/contributing/actions/testing/suppression.md` so the
catalog lists both consumers per marker and adds the previously
missing `repository-version` row.
