Ansible templates delegate_to before it evaluates the task's when, so a task delegating to N8N_HOST_NODE kills the play with 'N8N_HOST_NODE' is undefined whenever the resolver that sets it was skipped, even though the delegating task would have been skipped too. 43e09ebf0d put the resolver inside the same conditional block. Run 34653754175 shows the pair directly above the failure: the include skipped on the false condition while the setup call had returned status 200, and the play ended at 01_bootstrap.yml:92.
The resolver now runs unconditionally, before the block. It costs one lookup per deploy and changes no state.
The new lint reads the class rather than this instance: a conditional resolve_host_cid include whose PREFIX_HOST_NODE a delegate_to in the same role reads, unless an unconditional resolver or set_fact defines that prefix role-wide. The walker carries the condition through block, rescue and always, so an include nested in a block does not read as unconditional. Against the pre-fix file it reports would flag: ['N8N'].
It found one more: web-app-yourls/tasks/install.yml wrapped its tasks in a block whose when repeated the IS_STACK_HOST condition that main.yml already carries on the include. The wrapper is gone and the tasks are dedented; nothing had broken there because the condition always held.

container exec is node-local: sys-svc-container/files/python/container.py dispatches docker exec with no swarm routing. These roles passed *_CONTAINER_ADDRESS, which names the service cluster-wide, and ran from the stack host, so a call landed on the manager and answered "No such container" whenever the task sat on a worker.
Each branch now resolves the hosting node and its node-local id once through sys-svc-compose/tasks/utils/swarm/resolve_host_cid.yml, the way web-app-baserow already does, and every exec uses *_LOCAL_CID with delegate_to on *_HOST_NODE. Compose is untouched: resolve_host_cid sets *_HOST_NODE to inventory_hostname there, so the delegation is to self and resolve_compose_cid passes the old address through.
penpot resolves only when native login is enabled, because the resolver waits up to 600x2s for convergence and both of its exec tasks are already gated on that flag.
The *_LOCAL_CID names come from a runtime set_fact, which the resolver lint cannot approve, so each scanned call site carries the nocheck the migrated mastodon sites already use. Measured with the lint parser itself: 19 exec lines carry a target, 19 would be flagged, 19 are suppressed. No nocheck reaches a rendered command or a task name, and the one comment that does land inside a bash body passes bash -n.

A curl against an accepted-but-silent peer hangs forever: task retries
never fire because the first attempt never returns, and the CI job dies
at the 6h runner cut (proven by the mailu admin-API hang that took the
suitecrm/peertube swarm legs down). The new `curl` filter renders the
hardened base command ("{{ 30 | curl }}" -> curl -s --connect-timeout 5
--max-time 30); scaling composes with lookup('timeout').
test_curl_via_filter enforces it: bare curl invocations in role tasks,
templates and shipped scripts fail the lint with a pointer to the
filter. Plain .sh files, which cannot render Jinja, pass by pinning
--max-time inline; Docker healthchecks are exempt (their timeout field
caps them); `# nocheck: curl-timeout` opts out (catalogued in
suppression.md).
Convert all 34 existing invocations: mailu (replacing the short-lived
MAILU_CURL var), elasticsearch, checkmk, yourls (300s for the
schema-creating installer POST), the telegram alert script, and the
plain scripts of jellyfin, svc-runner, apt_repo, moodle (600s tarball)
and the mattermost provisioner. Mailu's user/token tasks additionally
carry task-level timeouts so a wedged container exec cannot stall the
play.

Add tests/lint/repository/test_name_emoji_and_length.py: every Ansible task
name and GitHub Actions workflow/job/step name must start with an emoji (first
char not 0-9/A-Za-z) and be <= 80 chars.
- emit emoji names at the source: cli/build/include generator now writes
"🔧 setup <app>" / "🚿 flush handlers after <app>" so generated
tasks/groups/*-roles.yml satisfy the convention too
- convert existing task/step/job/workflow names to emoji-prefixed, choosing a
task-fitting icon per action (📦 install, ✅ ensure, 🔍 probe, 🥾 bootstrap,
🚀 deploy, 🧩 service-module load, ⬇️ checkout, 📂 include-routines, ...)

Reconcile main's object-store feature and pre-swarm deploy tasks with the branch's compose/networks/volumes SPOT and swarm lints.
objstore (seaweedfs/minio): standalone compose + embedded service templates migrated to the container_image/container_volumes/container_networks/compose_volumes/compose_networks/depends_on lookups; meta/volumes.yml on the canonical dict schema with s3.json and nginx.conf as type:config; embedded services made swarm-compatible via compose_only/compose_restart.
deploy tasks (erpnext, opentalk, seaweedfs, shopware, snipe-it, wordpress, yourls): container exec routed through the container_address resolver and gated on IS_STACK_HOST, shell module plus stack_host_template, no chdir or compose-verb forms.
Also removed orphaned vars, restored MAILU_INSTANCE_DIR, freed the seaweedfs subnet (192.168.206.0/24), stripped literal quotes from the nextcloud/bookwyrm env templates, and routed main's objstore compose_volumes tests through dir_var_lib.
