test_prefix_grouped_files rejects sibling files that share a delimiter-
bounded prefix: tasks/utils/bucket_list.yml and bucket_policy.yml become
tasks/utils/bucket/list.yml and policy.yml, and the includes follow.

Follow-up to the bucket-policy deny, closing holes two reviews found:
- Scope: the policy was only applied during a consumer's own deploy, so a
provider-only or partial deploy left other buckets without it. Every
provider deploy now converges all existing consumer buckets, and a
consumer's provisioning applies it right after creating the bucket.
- Ownership: our statement is identified by Sid DenyAnonymousRead; a
public bucket loses only that statement, operator statements survive.
- Errors: only a 404 NoSuchBucketPolicy means "no policy"; any other
status fails the read loudly.
- Credentials: curl expands the admin credential itself via --variable
instead of --user "$VAR", which put it on curl's argv and in the
host's ps.
- Curl runs through the repository's curl filter with timeouts, the
read-only tasks run in check mode, and bucket names are parsed exactly
instead of by substring.
- README: corrected embedded-mode authentication and documented the
convergence.

SeaweedFS 4.49+ honours a public-read object or bucket ACL on an unsigned
GET/HEAD/list even in a bucket the platform treats as private
(seaweedfs/seaweedfs#11605). Since consumers hold WriteAcp, an app could
expose objects through the public S3 API domain just by sending
x-amz-acl: public-read.
Put a bucket policy on every non-public consumer bucket that denies
s3:Get* and s3:List* to principal "*" when aws:username is null. SeaweedFS
evaluates that deny before any AllUsers grant; signed and presigned
requests carry an IAM user ARN, so aws:username is set and they are not
affected. Public buckets keep their anonymous Read grant, and a bucket
that turns public gets our deny lifted again. Embedded sidecars publish
no port and are left as they are.

A handler name was doing two jobs at once: the line an operator reads in the
play output, and the identifier a `notify:` binds to. The two pull in opposite
directions -- the log wants "restart the SSH service, with diagnostics", the
binding wants a token that survives quoting, YAML flow style and a shell
round-trip -- and a name that changes for readability silently changes which
handler runs.
Every handler that a notify reached by name now carries a `listen:` with that
exact wording, so the binding is explicit before anything is renamed. The
topics themselves become identifiers: `compose up` reads `compose-up`,
`Restart NFS ganesha` reads `restart-nfs-ganesha`, 22 of them across both
sides of every notify. Where the topic is assembled at runtime, both branches
moved together: the conditional in sys-service carries two literals, and the
LDAP renderer interpolates `import-{{ folder }}-ldif-files`, which is what
makes those handlers reachable at all.
Freed from the binding, the names take the emoji prefix every other task line
already has.

Add tests/lint/repository/test_task_file_numbering.py: numbered task
files use exactly two leading digits, a numbered *_core.yml must be
00_core.yml, per directory the numbers are unique/consecutive and start
at 01 (00 with a core file), numbered includes appear in ascending
order, and shared helpers live in tasks/utils/ instead of the numbered
chain.
Apply it across every role: rename NN_core.yml to 00_core.yml with a
consecutive down-shift of the siblings, move letter-suffix children into
a subdirectory named after their parent task, relocate helpers included
from more than one place into tasks/utils/, and update every reference
(include_tasks, path_absolute, .ansible-lint-ignore, requirement docs).
Legacy narration comments in the touched files are deleted; the upstream
xwiki.properties reference block opts out via nocheck. The unused
MAILU_IP6_PUBLIC var (only ever named in now-removed comments) is dropped.

SeaweedFS is a server-side S3 backend for its consumers; only the
filer/master admin UIs are browser-facing. Split them into a `frontend`
service that stays off on onion nodes ('svc-net-tor' in group_names):
- frontend disabled: no nginx proxy container, no filer/master vhosts,
no oauth2 SSO sidecar; the S3 API vhost is unaffected
- stale filer/master vhosts from earlier frontend-enabled deploys are
removed so the site-wide CSP health probe stops hitting dead domains
- csp_skip_domains additionally skips canonicals a disabled service
declares via services.<name>.domains (defense in depth)
- UI personas (admin/biber/guest/storage-buckets) gate on the
FRONTEND_SERVICE_ENABLED flag; tor variants dropped (backend role)
Verified on the onion node: 4/4 UI specs skip, S3 API reachable, CSP
health check green, matrix S3 media consumer unaffected.

Add a 'timeout' lookup plugin that returns round(base * TIMEOUT_FACTOR)
(group_vars default 1, so value-identical to the old literals). One knob
in group_vars stretches every wait in the stack for a slow uplink:
TIMEOUT_FACTOR: 2 doubles them all.
- plugins/lookup/timeout.py + unit tests (identity, factor scaling,
string coercion, error paths).
- group_vars/all/17_resource.yml: TIMEOUT_FACTOR: 1.
- Convert all 34 literal 'timeout:' task keywords / module args across 25
task+handler files to "{{ lookup('timeout', <base>) | int }}".
- tests/lint/repository/yaml/test_timeout_uses_lookup.py enforces the
lookup in every task/handler timeout (opt-out: # nocheck: timeout-lookup).
- swarm.yml pre-deploy build handler: add the missing timeout (same
network-build hang vector as compose.yml's Build compose).
- Drop 13 pre-existing narration comments in the touched files (comment
lint enforces whole-file on any edited file).

Introduce plugins/lookup/path_absolute.py as the single source for the
repo-root anchor: lookup('path_absolute', 'roles/...') returns an absolute
path under playbook_dir, joining every term. Replace all hand-built
playbook_dir path constructions across .yml/.yaml and .j2 templates with it:
[playbook_dir, '<rel>'] | path_join -> lookup('path_absolute', '<rel>')
playbook_dir ~ '/<rel>' -> lookup('path_absolute', '<rel>')
{{ playbook_dir }}/<rel> -> lookup('path_absolute', '<rel>')
Unrelated repo_path symbols in cli/meta/roles/applications/resolution and the
single bare discover_playwright_roles(playbook_dir) call are left untouched.
Add tests/lint/ansible/test_playbook_dir_via_lookup.py: fails the build if any
of the three construction forms reappears in .yml/.yaml/.j2, pointing callers
at the lookup. Unit test covers the plugin.
Touching these files pulled their pre-existing narration comments into
test_comments_valid scope; clean them (delete restatement/banners, keep real
trip-wires as Workaround/Upstream/Invariant markers). Drop caution, important
and pitfall from the comment-lint marker vocabulary and remove the comments
that used them.

Add tests/lint/repository/test_name_emoji_and_length.py: every Ansible task
name and GitHub Actions workflow/job/step name must start with an emoji (first
char not 0-9/A-Za-z) and be <= 80 chars.
- emit emoji names at the source: cli/build/include generator now writes
"🔧 setup <app>" / "🚿 flush handlers after <app>" so generated
tasks/groups/*-roles.yml satisfy the convention too
- convert existing task/step/job/workflow names to emoji-prefixed, choosing a
task-fitting icon per action (📦 install, ✅ ensure, 🔍 probe, 🥾 bootstrap,
🚀 deploy, 🧩 service-module load, ⬇️ checkout, 📂 include-routines, ...)

The net refactor (366dc7b70/cb27ff375) migrated every shared-net provider (postgres/mariadb/openldap/ollama/openresty/keycloak) to the overlay registry but missed seaweedfs and minio, so an object-store consumer like baserow never joined the provider's docker network and its S3 client hit ECONNREFUSED on seaweedfs:8333 (the intended direct data-plane path).
Add networks.overlay to both engines so consumers attach, and complete the multi-service shared-net-provider contract: (1) render.py emits a bare auto-IPAM project default for an own shared_net provider (no name, no subnet) so the entity-named external net created by network/create.yml is not re-requested -- this caused 'invalid pool request: Pool overlaps' on the first attempt. (2) a provider_self_alias flag lets the provider's sidecars (proxy/sso-proxy) JOIN the shared net WITHOUT publishing the <entity> alias, so the name resolves only to the main container and baserow's :8333 never round-robins onto a port-less sidecar. (3) seaweedfs/minio 01_core pre-create the external <entity> net via network/create.yml (mirroring web-app-prometheus) so compose adopts it as the project default instead of building <entity>_default.
Verified: baserow compose e2e test-seaweedfs.js passes (upload stored in the bucket, 3.9s); new TestOwnSharedNetProvider locks the contract; full make test green.

The List/Create bucket tasks run 'weed shell' over container exec; weed shell can stall on stdin/master, and without a timeout that hung the whole consumer-provisioning step indefinitely. Add timeout: 60 per attempt plus retries: 3 / delay: 10 (until succeeded) so a stall fails fast and a transient one recovers.

Reconcile main's object-store feature and pre-swarm deploy tasks with the branch's compose/networks/volumes SPOT and swarm lints.
objstore (seaweedfs/minio): standalone compose + embedded service templates migrated to the container_image/container_volumes/container_networks/compose_volumes/compose_networks/depends_on lookups; meta/volumes.yml on the canonical dict schema with s3.json and nginx.conf as type:config; embedded services made swarm-compatible via compose_only/compose_restart.
deploy tasks (erpnext, opentalk, seaweedfs, shopware, snipe-it, wordpress, yourls): container exec routed through the container_address resolver and gated on IS_STACK_HOST, shell module plus stack_host_template, no chdir or compose-verb forms.
Also removed orphaned vars, restored MAILU_INSTANCE_DIR, freed the seaweedfs subnet (192.168.206.0/24), stripped literal quotes from the nextcloud/bookwyrm env templates, and routed main's objstore compose_volumes tests through dir_var_lib.

Add a database-style object-store abstraction: the objstore lookup resolves the active engine (seaweedfs|minio) per consumer and yields a uniform S3 payload, objstore_secret_key is auto-generated like database_password, sys-svc-objstore delegates per-consumer provisioning to the resolved provider's objstore_init entrypoint (lazy-loading the provider when it was not preloaded), and compose/network/volume plumbing supports both a shared central instance and an embedded storage-only instance per consumer.
Add the web-app-seaweedfs provider role: Filer and Master UIs behind the admin-only oauth2-proxy via a role-local nginx and proxy.conf.j2 (S3 API domain stays ungated, admin UIs deny with 403 when SSO is disabled), per-consumer S3 identities from s3.json, idempotent bucket provisioning via weed shell, a /24 on the central-provider subnet range, Playwright coverage for admin/biber/guest plus consumer bucket existence, and unit tests for the objstore lookup and the per-engine compose volumes.
Mark web-app-minio lifecycle: unsupported, move its mc client image into a dedicated services.client entry, align it with the objstore credential contract, and make its consumer provisioning idempotent.
