kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.7 e5786f980e refactor(web-app-openwebui): split playwright.spec.js into per-test files 
Mirror the web-app-wordpress/web-app-mattermost shape: extract env and
helpers into _shared.js and move each scenario into its own
test-*.js module that registers via the shared context.
