kevinveenbirkenbachandClaude Opus 4.8 42f272240b feat(discourse): migrate plugins to meta/addons (req 026) 
docker_manager, discourse-activity-pub, discourse-akismet, discourse-ldap-auth (bridges ldap) declared as mechanism: plugin; config.yml.j2 + vars/main.yml read the new addons path.
