Introduce plugins/lookup/path_absolute.py as the single source for the
repo-root anchor: lookup('path_absolute', 'roles/...') returns an absolute
path under playbook_dir, joining every term. Replace all hand-built
playbook_dir path constructions across .yml/.yaml and .j2 templates with it:
[playbook_dir, '<rel>'] | path_join -> lookup('path_absolute', '<rel>')
playbook_dir ~ '/<rel>' -> lookup('path_absolute', '<rel>')
{{ playbook_dir }}/<rel> -> lookup('path_absolute', '<rel>')
Unrelated repo_path symbols in cli/meta/roles/applications/resolution and the
single bare discover_playwright_roles(playbook_dir) call are left untouched.
Add tests/lint/ansible/test_playbook_dir_via_lookup.py: fails the build if any
of the three construction forms reappears in .yml/.yaml/.j2, pointing callers
at the lookup. Unit test covers the plugin.
Touching these files pulled their pre-existing narration comments into
test_comments_valid scope; clean them (delete restatement/banners, keep real
trip-wires as Workaround/Upstream/Invariant markers). Drop caution, important
and pitfall from the comment-lint marker vocabulary and remove the comments
that used them.

Add tests/lint/repository/test_name_emoji_and_length.py: every Ansible task
name and GitHub Actions workflow/job/step name must start with an emoji (first
char not 0-9/A-Za-z) and be <= 80 chars.
- emit emoji names at the source: cli/build/include generator now writes
"🔧 setup <app>" / "🚿 flush handlers after <app>" so generated
tasks/groups/*-roles.yml satisfy the convention too
- convert existing task/step/job/workflow names to emoji-prefixed, choosing a
task-fitting icon per action (📦 install, ✅ ensure, 🔍 probe, 🥾 bootstrap,
🚀 deploy, 🧩 service-module load, ⬇️ checkout, 📂 include-routines, ...)

Simpleicons: the reachability probe ran inside the controller-side Jinja filter, which has no route to the node's published port in swarm, so every card silently fell back to Font Awesome. Move the probe to a STACK_HOST-delegated uri_retry step and make the filter pure assembly. Compose output is byte-identical.
Tile reachability: add a per-card services.dashboard.iframe capability (default = enabled) so apps whose SPA top-redirects out of an embed (Keycloak admin console, iframe:false) open in a new tab; roles_with_service emits the flag into the target manifest and the spec branches on it. For iframe:false targets the spec also asserts the HTTP layer permits framing (no blocking X-Frame-Options, CSP frame-ancestors allows the dashboard) so the flag can never mask a real header block. Fix the Tab-button locator and reveal it from fullscreen before asserting.

Commit 9f43364c0 flipped the per-card icon HEAD probe to the public icon.<domain> URL in swarm, but the probe runs on the Ansible controller, which has no DNS/route to it -> every probe failed silently -> icon.source was never set -> cards fell back to Font Awesome (no img) and the dashboard e2e failed. Drop the probe_public flip: probe the in-cluster sync URL the controller can reach via the published swarm port, while still rewriting icon.source to the public URL the browser loads.

matomo: force-restart the swarm service after patching config.ini.php DB creds (the compose-up handler is a no-op in swarm), extracted into 10_resolve_host_cid. nextcloud: gate the redis PONG wait on the engine being local. prometheus: config 0444 (swarm config objects are root) and gate the host-monitor binds plus privileged cadvisor/node-exporter to compose only. dashboard: probe the public icon URL in swarm.

Dashboard card icons were rendered with `http://172.17.0.1:8044/<slug>.svg`,
the in-cluster sync URL that only the Ansible runner can reach. The
browser saw `NS_ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED` for every Simple Icons card.
The `add_simpleicon_source` filter now takes two URLs: it probes the
local sync URL (plain HTTP, no TLS, no redirect chain — reachable
from the deploy container's `requests` without a CA bundle) and
writes the public `lookup('tls', 'web-svc-simpleicons', 'url.base')`
URL into `icon.source`. Cards render `<img src="https://icon.<DOMAIN>/<slug>.svg">`,
which is reachable from the browser and CSP-permitted (`img-src *`).
Drops the dead local-cache scaffolding (static-subdir vars, volume
mount, `Ensure directory` task, refresh-download step) since the
browser now fetches Simple Icons directly. Renames the
previously-static `templates/style.css.j2` to `files/style.css`
(no Jinja markers, matches the new template-uses-jinja lint warning).
Adds a Playwright spec `test-icons.js` that asserts the regression:
no card may still reference `172.17.0.1`, at least one card must
resolve under `icon.<DOMAIN>`, with a favicon fallback path when the
Simple Icons service is disabled.

* scripts/lint/autoformat.sh: rename AUTOFORMAT_PARALLEL to PARALLEL,
declare it at file start with default `true`; still env-overridable.
Reword the worker comment so the literal `# shellcheck` token no
longer appears at start-of-line and trips SC1072/SC1073.
* scripts/lint/galaxy.sh: drop the GALAXY_FATAL / GALAXY_NAMESPACE /
GALAXY_PARALLEL env vars (over-engineered for a single repo). Failure
is always fatal. NAMESPACE is an internal constant. Add the same
PARALLEL env var (default `true`, env-overridable); falsy demotes the
xargs fan-out to one worker.
* docs/contributing/environment/variables.md: collapse the four
AUTOFORMAT_*/GALAXY_* rows into one `PARALLEL` row covering both
consumers.
* docs/contributing/tools/make.md: refer to `PARALLEL=0` everywhere;
add the lint-galaxy parallelism note.
Plus working-tree drift across roles/, group_vars/, inventories/, and
tasks/ that accumulated from the make-test setup phase regenerating
generated artefacts during recent test runs.
