Ansible renders templates with trim_blocks, so the newline after the
inline {% endif %} was swallowed and the config shipped
'LogLevel INFO# Authentication:'; sshd -t rejects that line and every
restart left the host without ssh (the swarm test caught it because the
backup node pulls over ssh right after the rollout). Inline expression
instead of block tags, and the commented upstream example defaults are
gone; the rendered directives are unchanged.

Introduces a configurable default for password authentication in sshd,
allowing controlled exceptions (e.g. local E2E test targets) while
keeping the secure default of disabled.

Why:
- Ansible 2.20+ deprecates INJECT_FACTS_AS_VARS and direct usage of top-level ansible_* facts.
- This change updates all affected roles and vars files to the new supported syntax.
- Ensures compatibility with upcoming Ansible 2.24 removal of implicit fact injection.
