CLAUDE.md and GEMINI.md existed as per-runtime extensions of AGENTS.md, and
only one of them carried anything at all: GEMINI.md stated that it had no
additions, while CLAUDE.md held rules that bind every runtime anyway — the
permission announcement, the make-over-raw preference, the loop, chain and
heredoc bans, the stream-the-log-to-/tmp rule, the CI-evidence rule, the push
ban and the comment rule. A rule that binds every agent does not belong in one
agent's file. AGENTS.md absorbs them and now states that no tool-specific
extension file exists; agents whose runtime auto-loads a different filename
reach it through their own configuration instead.
The filenames were machinery as much as prose. The PR templates, the branch
and pull-request scope tables, the settings and security docs that justified
the loop deny by "the textual CLAUDE.md rule", six requirement documents whose
push instruction linked ../../CLAUDE.md, and a test docstring citing the
shell-loop ban all named them, and now name AGENTS.md.
scripts/meta/resolve/pr/scope.sh deliberately keeps matching CLAUDE.md and
GEMINI.md: this change deletes them, and without those patterns the change
itself would not classify as agent-scope.

meta/schema.yml held credential definitions and their runtime values, but the
name said 'schema' and read like structural metadata next to services.yml and
volumes.yml. Nothing in the file is a schema in the sense the other meta files
use the word, and a contributor had to open it to learn it holds secrets.
62 role files renamed. ROLE_FILE_META_SCHEMA becomes ROLE_FILE_META_SECRETS and
keeps its role as the SPOT the path is built from.
Two readers bypassed that constant and spelled the name themselves:
utils/cache/applications.py built meta_dir / 'schema.yml' twice, and
plugins/lookup/application_gid.py carries the filename in the marker list it
detects application roles by. Left behind, the rename would not have raised —
credentials would have resolved empty and the role would have stopped counting
as an application.

svc-storage-nfs-server gains a backend flavor selected by services.nfs-server.flavor (default "{{ 'ganesha' if RUNTIME in ['dev','act'] else 'kernel' }}"). The ganesha flavor installs nfs-ganesha + FSAL_VFS and renders /etc/ganesha/ganesha.conf (NFSv4, Pseudo == Path so clients mount the real paths unchanged, Root_Squash on the export base and No_Root_Squash on the state subdir), reloaded via systemctl restart. It runs in the dev/act DinD swarm-test, where the host kernel nfsd is not network-namespaced and a privileged node driving exportfs would wedge it into a D-state. The kernel flavor keeps nfs-kernel-server + exportfs -ra for production and every non-dev/act runtime. 01_core dispatches on the flavor, 03_prepare holds the shared export preparation, flavor/{kernel,ganesha}/main.yml hold the per-backend install/render/service steps, and handlers gains the ganesha restart.
docs/agents/action/iteration: role.md renamed to compose.md (Compose Loop); new swarm.md for the swarm deploy loop split out of workflow.md; workflow.md trimmed to GitHub Actions workflow iteration; all cross-references updated; the duplicated README gotcha removed; the NFS gotcha rewritten to the ganesha design.
Also drops a retired-flag history comment in group_vars/all/01_modes.yml and a redundant comment in the init selection script, and allows WebFetch(repology.org) used during ganesha packaging research.

The all-off matrix variant pins services.sso.enabled=false while
web-app-keycloak stays in group_names, so the previous group_names-based
defaults yielded disable-login-with-password AND no OIDC — leaving no usable
login method, and the native Playwright test failed (no password form).
Derive both toggles from PENPOT_SSO_ENABLED (the variant-aware sso flag),
matching how the oidc/ldap flags are already computed:
- native_login = not sso (off under OIDC, on otherwise)
- registration = sso (on under OIDC for JIT provisioning)
Drops the services.penpot.native_login / registration_enabled meta keys
(a group_names default can't see variant overrides). README + req-023 updated.
- meta/services.yml: new `penpot.native_login` toggle, default off when
web-app-keycloak is present (forces SSO), on otherwise.
- vars: PENPOT_FLAGS renders enable-/disable-login-with-password from it.
- tasks: administrator local-password bootstrap gated on native_login.
- playwright: test-login-native.js skips when `sso` is enabled.
- meta/main.yml: drop the Figma parenthetical from the description.
- README + req-023 updated.
Biber OIDC login failed the deploy with `?error=registration-disabled`:
Penpot routes first-time OIDC logins through the registration path, so a
disabled flag blocks JIT-provisioning of not-yet-seen federated users
(admin already existed, biber did not). LDAP self-provisions without it.
- meta/services.yml: registration_enabled now follows OIDC (on when
web-app-keycloak is present), off otherwise; native admin is bootstrapped
and LDAP needs no registration. vars/README/req-023 updated to match.
- playwright: split the combined OIDC and LDAP login specs into one file
per persona — test-login-{oidc,ldap}-{admin,biber}.js — wired through the
orchestrator; README Testing section updated.
