The five DinD lab nodes run privileged with cgroupns=host, a writable host cgroupfs and seccomp/apparmor off, and carried no resource limit of any kind. A runaway node therefore competes with the Actions runner agent itself, and the platform reports that only as 'lost communication', never as an OOM.
Only pids_limit for now. A memory cap needs a measured per-node peak, and every measurement available is a failure-time snapshot, i.e. a lower bound: 4.4 GiB on the busiest node of a variant-0 drill. Sizing the cap off that risks OOM-killing a legitimate container instead of the runaway node. The pid ceiling has no such problem: 8192 against a measured 981 is 8.3x.
The value is a static default.env key on purpose. A handler-derived key is absent from .env on a fresh runner, and the topology export step runs before the install step that generates it, so compose interpolation would have failed every swarm job before anything deployed.

GitHub cancels a job queued for 24h. A line starting swarm, compose and
host at once queues its whole matrix in one go, so with more roles than
runner slots the tail waits past that cut and dies unrun -- 54 of 241
jobs in run 30937913632.
Deploy the modes one after the other instead, heaviest first, which
restarts the queue clock per mode. cli.meta.ci.sequencing counts a
line's matrix jobs on the row basis the discover steps use and
serialises above INFINITO_CI_SEQUENTIAL_THRESHOLD; below it the modes
still start together, so a small diff pays no wall-clock for this.
A needs: edge is static, so both layouts exist as jobs and the decision
skips one. Their conditions are structurally asserted, not evaluated:
ten near-identical if expressions invite a copied sentinel or a missing
chain edge, and both failures are silent at runtime.
mode_fail_fast stops a serial line at its first failed mode, on by
default.

A debian:bookworm workspace job died on `apt-get update`: the mounted
sources list carried the Ubuntu entry too, Nexus had auto-blocked
archive.ubuntu.com, and apt fails the whole update on one bad source.
Three holes, three plugs:
- One sources list per INFINITO_DISTRO under compose/package-cache/apt/,
selected by the compose overrides. A Debian runner no longer fetches
an Ubuntu suite it has no use for. The non-apt distros get an empty
file so the bind mount has a source to point at.
- autoBlock off. While a remote is auto-blocked Nexus answers `404
Remote Auto Blocked` to every client instead of falling back to the
copy it already has cached.
- Mirror failover in the frontend. Every apt suite gets a second proxy
repo on an independent upstream; a 5xx from the primary re-runs the
request against it. Nexus has no group repository type for apt, so
the retry lives in nginx.
Measured on a live Nexus 3.91.1: dead remote without a cached copy
answers 502, with a cached copy 200 regardless of metadataMaxAge. The
frontend serves 149 kB of real bookworm `Release` from the mirror repo
when the primary is dead, and the new regex locations produce upstream
request lines byte-identical to the `rewrite … break` form they replace,
including `%3a` epochs in pool paths.
INFINITO_CACHE_PACKAGE_APT_LIST is gone; the mount interpolates
INFINITO_DISTRO directly.

The pick was made once per matrix entry, in a workflow step ahead of the drill,
and every distro of that entry then ran on it. Coverage followed: one entry
exercised one filesystem, and the swarm never reached zfs at all, because
resolve.sh's userland_for() kept it out of any entry containing arch, centos or
fedora - which is every automatic sweep. The draw now happens inside the loop in
distros.sh, once per distro, so a five-distro entry covers zfs with 87% and all
three kinds with 62% probability instead of one kind with certainty.
The workflow input changes meaning with it. It was a single kind, offered as a
choice in the manual entry; it is now a space-separated allow-list. Empty draws
from all three, and naming kinds narrows the draw to them and marks the pick
required, so a host that cannot deliver one of them fails rather than quietly
running on something else. A name that is not a filesystem this project puts a
data root on is rejected outright instead of reaching the applying step.
For the draw to mean anything the images have to carry the userlands, so
scripts/install/zfs.sh becomes scripts/install/filesystem.sh and installs ext4
and btrfs alongside zfs. That is not symmetric work: btrfs-progs does not exist
in the EL family at all, because RHEL dropped btrfs, and a plain
`dnf install btrfs-progs` there fails the whole transaction and takes e2fsprogs
with it. EPEL carries it, so the EL family goes through EPEL from the start -
split by distro rather than by a failed first attempt, since Fedora has no
epel-release to fall back to and routing a transient failure there would turn it
into a fatal one. verify() now demands all four binaries, so a packaging
regression fails the build instead of leaving a hole the drill discovers later.
Measured on all five bases: debian trixie, ubuntu 26.04, arch, fedora 44 and
centos 10 each end with mkfs.ext4, mkfs.btrfs, zfs and zpool present and ldd
fully resolved.
Two defects only became reachable once a single job could ask for different
filesystems in turn:
* docker_dataroot.sh answered "already prepared" and returned for any mount it
found, so from the second distro on, every draw would have been silently
ignored on a host that survives the sweep - the runner in compose and host
mode. It now compares what is mounted against what was asked for and
dismantles the old root when they differ. Everything docker cached there
goes with it; that is what covering more than one filesystem per entry
costs.
* reclaim_stale_pool ran only when the new pick was zfs, so a zfs to btrfs
transition left the previous distro's pool imported on the shared kernel,
pinning a loop device over an image its dead container had already unlinked.
It now runs on every pick, which needed the /dev/zfs handling lifted out of
the zfs branch into zfs_device_ready().
The restore_docker trap is armed before anything can stop docker, rather than
after, so a failure while dismantling a data root cannot leave a host without a
daemon. resolve.sh splits its allow-list into an array before testing it, so a
whitespace-only input is the empty list it looks like rather than a narrowed one
that yields an empty pick marked required. pick.sh clears both keys when it
declines to draw: they are declared in default.env, so a generated .env carries
whatever was exported when it was made, and a caller gating its apply on the
value would otherwise repoint the developer's own docker in the very case the
skip exists to prevent.
Verified by execution rather than by reading: a privileged container ran
docker_dataroot.sh with real loop devices and mkfs through ext4 -> ext4 -> btrfs
-> ext4, confirming the recognition, the replacement in both directions and that
no loop leaks across it; a second harness with a recording zpool stub confirmed
that a btrfs pick does reclaim a stale pool, that no pool means no destroy, and
that a host without /dev/zfs still completes an ext4 pick without touching zpool.

dockerd's zfs graphdriver resolves `zfs` on PATH and opens /dev/zfs before it
accepts a data root (moby daemon/graphdriver/zfs/zfs.go:54,59), so the userland
has to sit in the image, not on the host. Only the apt images carried it, which
is why resolve.sh's userland_for() kept zfs out of every entry containing arch,
centos or fedora - that is every automatic swarm sweep, so the zfs data root and
the zfs branch of the backup launcher were never once exercised. Run
30781723102 shows it: "zfs left out: not every distro of this entry carries the
userland".
scripts/install/zfs.sh joins the three existing install scripts in the image
build and takes a different route per distro, each one run in a real container
of the matching base image before landing here:
debian trixie 2.3.2 zfsutils-linux, contrib enabled first
ubuntu 26.04 2.4.1 zfsutils-linux
arch 2.4.3 the AUR PKGBUILD, which configures --with-config=user
fedora 44 2.4.3 zfsonlinux repo plus a dummy zfs-kmod provider
centos 10 2.2.10 the same, from the epel path
The dummy is what keeps the RPM route usable: the `zfs` package carries an
ungated `Requires: %{name}-kmod`, so a plain `dnf install zfs` resolves through
zfs-dkms and installs 389 extra packages and 1.44 GB of kernel and toolchain to
build a module against a kernel the container never boots. Providing zfs-kmod
from an empty package keeps the same install at 60 packages with no kernel
package at all, and the transaction is checked afterwards so a regression fails
the build instead of bloating the image. The repository is removed again once
the userland is in, because the dummy pins one version and an upgrade would
otherwise re-resolve the kmod at deploy time.
Version drift against the host module is not a concern: zpool create enables a
feature only when the loaded module reports it through /sys/module/zfs/features
.pool (cmd/zpool/zpool_main.c, module/zcommon/zfeature_common.c), and libzfs
compares no versions at all (lib/libzfs/os/linux/libzfs_util_os.c:123-134), so a
newer userland degrades rather than breaking.
With every image carrying it, userland_for() and every_distro_carries() have
nothing left to decide and go. Two defects that only became reachable once zfs
could be drawn are fixed in the same move:
* /dev/zfs is a misc device, so the old lookup in /proc/devices could never
find its major and the node was never created. A node container's /dev is
populated at creation and udevd is masked, so nothing else fills the gap
either: the first bring-up of every job would have declined, blaming a
module that modprobe had just loaded. The minor now comes from /proc/misc.
* Pools live in the kernel the lab nodes share with the runner, while the
teardown only removes containers, and the node hostnames repeat across the
distro sweep. From the second distro on, zpool create hit the previous
iteration's pool. It is destroyed and its loop detached first.
The node image drops its own apt-only zfs branch and instead masks the six boot
units the userland enables by preset, which on a node can only fail: the pool is
created after boot.

Three conflicts, none resolved by picking a side wholesale:
- Makefile: took the incoming ACT_INPUTS, which routes through SWARM_DISTROS
instead of inlining the same expression a second time.
- test-e2e-playwright/02_run_one.yml: took the incoming rc handling. An absent
rc now counts as failure; the previous default(0) let an aborted Playwright
run pass silently, contradicting the debug message right above it.
- web-app-peertube spec: combined both. Kept gotoOnion and resolveTimeout,
which this branch's lint enforces, and adopted the incoming retry-inside-poll
for the OIDC button plus its networkidle wait.
The sweep's own governor was sized against the 6h platform kill (19800s) while the deploy step was capped at 300 minutes, so it could never fire: GitHub hard-killed the step mid-distro and reported a run that simply did not fit all distros as a job failure.
Size the ladder instead, 10 and 5 minutes apart: sweep budget 340min < deploy step 350 < job 355 < platform kill 360. The swarm per-leg ceiling moves to 350 so it stops matching the job cap, where it was dead code. The rescue-state dump drops from 10 to 5 minutes so it cannot alone consume the window between the job kill and the platform kill; measured teardown is 10-38 seconds.
A new lint asserts the budget stays under the governing step cap, the lower half of the invariant whose upper half the headroom lint already carried; that lint's ceiling moves from 345 to 355.

The serial distro loop (shuffle, time budget, fast-fail skip, exit on the first failing distro) lived inline in scripts/tests/deploy/ci/all.sh and was therefore reachable only from the compose and host deploys. Swarm and guide have to iterate distros with the same semantics, so the loop moves into scripts/tests/deploy/distros.sh and takes the per-distro command as "$@".
ci/all.sh keeps the app-level preamble and execs the loop with the new ci/one.sh, which resolves the CI image and dispatches to the per-app override or dedicated.sh.
Image resolution leaves the loop as well: scripts/meta/resolve/image/ci.sh renders the reference through cli.meta.ci.image_ref instead of respelling ghcr.io/... locally, which meta/distros.yml declares as the single source.
The two CI time knobs are declared in default.env instead of being repeated as literals, so no caller has to invent a budget.
Three paths are dropped as dead: the empty budget that disabled the limit, the failed counter that could only ever print 0, and the branch for an unset deadline.
Both new scripts are pinned by contract tests. Those tests clear BASH_ENV because the test container exports it as the env loader, which would otherwise re-inject every stripped key and make the assertions pass for the wrong reason.

Parallel checkouts collided on the compose subnet, host ports and container
names, so a quality run in a worktree died at compose-up. Slot each checkout
via custom.env and layer two overrides on top: the shared cache network in
place of a second cache stack, and the shared .git directory without which
git aborts inside the container.
Both overlays gate on the resource they need, not on the slot number, so a
stray INFINITO_INSTANCE cannot make compose demand a value nobody set.

categories.yml moves from roles/ to the repository-root meta/, joining packages.yml. utils/roles/categories.py owns its location plus the tree-walking helpers that were stranded in entity/name.py, so no caller spells the path or duplicates the lookup.
meta/distros.yml becomes the SPOT for every distribution: os_family, Galaxy platform name, dev-environment base image, and the pkgmgr/pkgmgr-virgin/environment reference templates. It replaces seven scattered copies (DISTRO_FAMILY, VALID_DISTROS, _DISTROS, _CANONICAL_PLATFORMS, two shell arrays, a Makefile literal). INFINITO_DISTROS is no longer a static default but generated by utils/env/handlers/infinito/distros.py; the shell consumers read it through the env layer.
Drops dead CLI surface found along the way: --categories-file and --roles-dir on the provision CLI plus three unused parameters of generate_dynamic_inventory, and the positional roles_file of the invokable categories command.
tests/lint/repository/test_distros_spot.py pins the copies that cannot call the SPOT (workflow literals, docs table) and forbids composing a pkgmgr reference outside it.

INFINITO_RESCUE_DIAGNOSTICS_BASE joins default.env as the only literal
of the runner-side collection root and is wired through the passthrough
handler into the generated .env. The four deploy workflows load it with
one grep bootstrap step after checkout instead of hardcoding the path in
their env blocks; upload paths and per-app DIR derivations reference the
variable. dedicated.sh sources it from .env alongside the existing
diagnostics keys and hard-requires it, no script-level default.

When a run deploys both single-node modes, the host discovery redeployed roles the compose line already covers (e.g. web-svc-html in both matrices). The single-node workflow now signals a co-running compose line via INFINITO_HOST_EXCLUDE_COMPOSE (a run-context registry key like INFINITO_DEPLOY_MODE), and the host query excludes the compose line's actually-triggered selection before its own budget cut, so freed host slots go to roles compose does not cover. Priority and regular lines each filter against their own compose counterpart through the identical whitelist/blacklist pass-through; host-only runs stay unchanged.

Every DinD node is attached to a second network by the bootstrap cache connect, so the embedded DNS returns two A records per node name in undefined order; workers that resolved the manager onto the cache network could not reach the registry bound to the lab IP and rejected locally built images with 'No such image', pushing all replicas onto the manager. Pin a fixed lab ipv4_address per node and every node name via extra_hosts (files-first resolution wins over DNS); the subnet and IPs live in default.env as the INFINITO_SWARM_* SPOT consumed by compose interpolation and the topology exports. Proven by A/B: the identical friendica variant-2 swarm job went from worker rejects to fully green including the drain test.

Read INFINITO_LIFECYCLES from default.env via a new tested_lifecycles() helper; derive TESTED_LIFECYCLES, the README overview envelope, the guide-select role filter, and the invokable-lifecycle lint from it. Guide selection now skips pre-alpha/eol roles (153 -> 117 testable).

Move the operator cheatsheet's copy-paste prompts into per-workflow i8- skills
that each route to their authoritative procedure doc, and reduce the cheatsheet
to a table index plus a usage paragraph, enforced by a new lint. Add skills for
develop, test, quality, refactor, the debug and requirement flows, and
commit / pull-request / push-trigger-pull; rename the iteration skills to
i8-iterate-* and rename the index to i8-help. Wire the active-listening,
dialectic, and robot skills into the flows for clarification, uncertain root
causes, and autonomous execution. Drop the Infinito-specific agent aliases
(alias.md, INFINITO_ALIAS_MD, the make alias agent section, and the two alias
tests); terminal aliases stay.

INFINITO_TEST_TYPE is a per-invocation label the Makefile sets differently
per parallel test target (external/integration/lint/unit), not a persistent
default. Registering it as a static passthrough key wrote a per-target-varying
value into the shared .env that make test regenerates concurrently, which
tears the file for the env-file schema lint. Drop it from default.env and the
passthrough handler and suppress the run.sh reference with the
makefile-supplied nocheck that lines 15 and 27 already use, hoisting the junit
path into a variable so the continuation line can carry it.

run.sh reads INFINITO_TEST_TYPE for the per-target junit report filename
but the key was undeclared, failing the used-keys, dotenv-generator and

INFINITO_TEST_RUNNER) and wire it through the static passthrough handler
so make dotenv materialises it.

The discovery SPOT (cli.meta.ci.query) now runs one query shape per mode:
compose and host stay whole-role with variants packed into bundles, swarm
ranks and budget-cuts on per-variant rows and emits role#variant tokens
through apps.sh into variant_bundles, so the cut can pick a subset of a
role's variants and the --matrix view is the selection priority.
Replace the --unique flag with visible dna/clone columns (heaviest role
per dna cluster stays ahead of the cut), add the integrated column and
sort, count host bundles like compose, and give the deploy plan an id
counter, per-variant weights and display-width-aware alignment matching
the matrix renderer. Add i8ma*/i8pa* inspection aliases per mode.

cli.meta.ci.slots statically and conservatively counts every job the
CI run spawns outside the deploy matrices (reusable workflows opened
recursively, static matrices multiplied out, dynamic ones estimated,
worst entry-*.yml overhead included) and splits the remaining
256-job run budget between compose/swarm/host by the _SHARES weights,
with a per-mode floor and _SLOT_OVERRIDES pins. INFINITO_MAX_JOBS
defaults to 'auto', resolved per mode in apps.sh; the host workflow
drops its hardcoded cap. --matrix renders the budget as a table.

test-deploy-single-node.yml bundles the compose and host deploy tests
behind one reusable workflow; the orchestrator gains a priority input
that deploys focus roles first per mode and runs the remaining roles
only after every priority job succeeded, excluded via the new
INFINITO_BLACKLIST discovery filter in apps.sh. entry-manual exposes
the priority field and treats priority-only dispatches as roles-only.
Workflow dependency diagram added under .github/workflows/README.md.

INFINITO_FORK_REPOSITORY_NAME (default.env, static) plus two handlers: INFINITO_FORK_ACCOUNT defaults to the local OS username (getpass.getuser()), and INFINITO_FORK_REPOSITORY_URL composes https://github.com/<account>/<name>. Registered in ORDERED_HANDLERS with the account handler before the URL handler; documented in docs/contributing/environment/variables.md.
Two operator aliases build on it: i8cire (make quality + git-sign-push + retrigger the failed swarm CI jobs of a run) and i8puci (the same without the quality gate). Both take a run id or full URL: a bare id is expanded against INFINITO_FORK_REPOSITORY_URL, a URL is passed through, and a missing INFINITO_FORK_REPOSITORY_URL fails fast.

Resolve every 3+-file same-prefix group flagged by the new prefix lint
by moving the files into a subfolder named after the shared prefix and
dropping the prefix from the file names, updating all references:
- utils/env/handlers/infinito_*.py -> infinito/ (dir/, package_cache/
nested a second level); registry imports and the four handler-dir
globs switched to iter_project_files
- utils/install/lint/ansible_*.py -> ansible/ (aliased imports)
- roles/sys-svc-compose/files/swarm_*.{py,sh} -> files/swarm/
- web-app-erpnext/web-app-zammad files/scripts/apply_*.{py,rb} -> apply/
- web-app-odoo files/sql/{select,update}-* and sql/oidc/{grant,insert,
select,update}-* -> matching subfolders
- web-app-keycloak tasks/update/05_ldap*.yml -> 05_ldap/ (internal
includes made role_path-absolute)
- plugins/filter/get_*.py -> plugins/filter/get/ (filter names are the
filters() dict keys, so Jinja usage is unaffected; ansible discovers
the one-level-deep subdir)
Ansible lookup dirs, addon dirs and .github/workflows keep their flat
layout (the filename is the public id / GitHub only discovers flat).
Unit tests mirror the new source layout.

Split the single cache freshness window into content (immutable artifacts: wheels, debs, rpms) and metadata/negative-cache (indexes, not-found lookups). Content keeps the long 6-day window; metadata and negativeCache.timeToLive default to 0 so Nexus always revalidates indexes, and a newly published version shows at once instead of being masked by a stale cached index.
ensure_proxy_repo now PUT-updates an existing proxy (POST only creates), so the split applies to already-provisioned repos. Covers every ecosystem proxy (apt, pypi, npm, rubygems, packagist, alpine, go), not just python.

Add scripts/tests/deploy/ci/recover_drill.sh: seed a backup root (nfs, volume, secrets, each with a marker) plus a docker volume, then run recover full <root> localhost to restore every backup-stored type into its live target and verify the markers. Runs between PASS 1 and PASS 2 of the compose development deploy.
Hook it via _maybe_recover_drill in cli.administration.deploy.development, gated by INFINITO_RECOVER_DRILL (default true).

Add routine/backup/: base.sh drives a marker seeded into the live NFS
volume and the manager secrets through the whole chain (volume+secrets+nfs
backup units -> remote-2-local pull -> local-2-device LUKS 'USB') and back
via every recover.py (device -> local root -> nfs export, docker volume and
host secrets), asserting each marker survives. Each per-host step is one
in-node routine run over docker exec. extend_inventory maps the volume/
secrets/nfs backup roles onto their hosts so the units install; write_extras
generates the pull keypair; the INFINITO_SWARM_BACKUP_* keys are added to
default.env + the passthrough handler.

Every Ansible rescue: block used to carry ad-hoc per-role failure dumps that
drifted apart and captured different subsets. Replace them all with one
diagnostics script (scripts/system/diagnostics/rescue.sh) that snapshots
containers (full logs plus inspect per container), swarm services (ps plus
logs per service), journal, host resources, runtime info and stats into a
per-run folder and always exits 1 so the deploy still fails. A new lint
enforces the shape: every rescue ends with the script, at most one
nocheck-justified extra task before it (postgres pg_hba dump, xwiki
extension-repo probe), and a nocheck rescue-recovery exemption for the one
block that must genuinely recover: keycloak object updates, where a
cross-node reschedule needs a swarm-wide node re-resolve plus a delegate_to
change that only a rescue can express; its recovery is kept and now also
captures diagnostics before the terminal failure.
The snapshot folder path is a group_vars SPOT: DIR_RESCUE_DIAGNOSTICS and
DIR_VAR_LIB live in group_vars/all/05_paths.yml as plain strings; new env
handlers derive INFINITO_RESCUE_DIAGNOSTICS_DIR and INFINITO_DIR_VAR_LIB
from it for the generated .env, replacing the default.env entries, and the
play-level environment forwards the value to every task host so rescue.sh
needs no second default. CI uploads the folder like the inventory and
playwright artifacts: compose copies it out of the deploy container in
dedicated.sh, swarm captures per node (manager and both workers) into
node-named subfolders.
Deleting the ad-hoc dumps orphaned helper files (postgres inspect_container,
terminator docker_diagnostics, peertube diagnostics, matomo bootstrap debug,
xwiki and openresty rescue includes) and 14 role vars; all removed. Generic
pieces of those dumps (runtime version and info, stats, dmesg oom evidence,
swapon) moved into the SPOT script instead.

distribution to the external INFINITO_SKILLS_REPOSITORY (make
install-skills), and add make cheat, make alias and make onboard. Introduce
custom.env operator overrides (win over defaults and handlers) and pin
INFINITO_ALIAS_MD / INFINITO_ALIAS_REPOSITORY / INFINITO_SKILLS_REPOSITORY
in default.env. Drop the in-repo skills-lock.json and its update-skills CI
job. AGENTS.md instructs agents to suggest the matching cli/prompt alias
when an operator writes something an alias covers. Lints enforce alias
sorting, i8/ai8 prefixes, no consonant clusters, full make-target
coverage, and terminal/agent shortcut non-overlap.

- compose/noports.override.yml drops every published port via !override
- compose_file_args appends it when INFINITO_PUBLISH_PORTS=false
- runner instances set the flag; default true keeps other flows unchanged
- central yaml loader + ansible-lint config accept compose merge tags

INFINITO_PYTHON_INSTALL_SCRIPT and INFINITO_DOCKER_CLI_INSTALL_SCRIPT join the default.env SPOT: the Dockerfile consumes them as required args (:? in the RUN as last defense), all three image builders (compose.yml, build.sh, push.sh) pass them hard-required, the shell consumers read the SPOT via default.env grep and the Makefile via BASH_ENV. INFINITO_SWARM_NFS_EXPORT_BASE is no longer a static default: a new env handler derives it from the deploy SPOT group_vars/all/15_storage.yml, 00_topology greps that file (and the STATE_SUBDIR constant) directly, and the swarm test extras stop restating the group_vars value. Stale hadolint directives are restored and recognised; leftover narration comments in the touched files are dropped.

INFINITO_PACKAGE_INSTALL_SCRIPT in default.env replaces the scripts/install/package.sh literal in the Dockerfile (new required build arg), the environment install step, and both swarm bootstrap call sites. Shell consumers hard-require the variable.

The per-role existence asserts and the test script path were controller paths evaluated on the remote swarm node (docker connection, node checkout under /opt/infinito-nexus), so every svc-runner swarm job failed on a stat that could never succeed. Assert both required assets in one localhost-delegated loop, stage roles/<app>/files/test onto the node, run the staged script, and delegate the optional defaults/vars probes to the controller (they silently skipped before). svc-runner's test reaches its sources via RUNNER_SRC_DIR (compose: INFINITO_SRC_DIR dev-container mount; swarm: node checkout). The node checkout path itself moves into a single source of truth: INFINITO_NODE_SRC_DIR in default.env, consumed by the bootstrap/copy scripts, the swarm-playwright target, and the swarm inventory extras.

Mint the node onion during provisioning and write its address straight into applications.svc-net-tor.services.tor.node, dropping the INFINITO_TOR_NODE_ONION env indirection: ensure_node_onion (was init_env) mints/reuses the .onion-identity key files + returns the address (no env write); identity_hs_dir/IDENTITY_DIRNAME move to utils.tor_onion so cli and utils share the path SPOT; provision.apply_tor_node_onion sets services.tor.node in host_vars when svc-net-tor is deployed (run by 'inventory provision' at deploy time, and the svc-net-tor role copies the same key files into the daemon); domains.py reads services.tor.node; nginx_vhosts reads the key file instead of os.environ; INFINITO_TOR_NODE_ONION removed from default.env/passthrough/compose + the inventory env-lookup. Bonus: the address now lives in the persistent key files, surviving .env regeneration by make test/autoformat.
