kevinveenbirkenbach 04c11a746a refactor(drv-lid-switch): switch setup-hibernate installation to sys-pip-install 
- replace pkgmgr-install with sys-pip-install
- install setup-hibernate system-wide via pip
- ensure CLI is available in global PATH
