refactor(web-app-moodle): read the local cache path from its declaration

The path lived twice: as the mount target in meta/volumes.yml and again as a
literal in vars/main.yml. The variable now derives from the declaration through
lookup('volume', ...), the way web-svc-cdn and svc-opt-ssd-hdd already read
theirs, so the mount is the single place that defines where the cache lives.

The preceding commit's message already described this indirection; the edit
itself had not been staged with it.
