fix(compose): pass the Playwright base dirs into the infinito container

Both values are computed by env handlers and land in .env, but the service's environment block is an allowlist, so they never reached the container. rerun-spec.sh aborts without them and ci/dedicated.sh needs the reports path to resolve inside the container it copies from.
