Fix CLI workflow and container startup

Browse Source 
- Updated GitHub Actions workflow to call `infinito make ...` inside container
- Simplified Dockerfile CMD to run `infinito --help` and keep container alive
- Adjusted docker-compose.yml to use explicit image name
