fix(opencloud): strip trailing slash from OC_URL

Upstream's web service concatenates ThemeServer with
'/themes/opencloud/theme.json' without trimming, so a trailing slash
yields '//themes/...'; the swarm front proxy forwards the raw request
URI and the SPA fallback answers with index.html instead of the theme
JSON, breaking the UI.
