Refactor Akaunting role and CSP handling

- Improved CSP filter to properly include web-svc-cdn and use protocol-aware domains

- Reworked tasks to handle first-run marker logic cleanly

- Introduced structured vars for Akaunting role
- Removed deprecated update-repository-with-files.yml task
