style(lint): settle the formatter rewrite of the record path

The constant was written with a shell substitution rather than the editing
tool the contributor guide requires, so it landed on one line past the
limit and autoformat wrapped it. Its sibling in test_mcp_blocked_reasons.py
was written wrapped and needed nothing.
