update(versions): raise the four pins no update branch covers

Written by cli.contributing.update.source, like the per-role branches the bot opened today, for the two roles it has not reached: web-app-docs mermaid 11.4.1 to 12.1.0 (npm) and the three web-app-mattermost plugins, of which jira crosses a major at v4.2.0 to v5.0.0.

Not deploy-tested.
