This folder contains an project management report which is designed in the frame of the [GPM Level D](https://www.gpm-ipma.de/zertifizierung/projektmanager/ipma_level_d.html) certification.

The report describes how to use the frame which classical project management offers to make a product like infinito ready for the market.

Right now this concept is just available in German.
