# CopyQ

## Description

[CopyQ](https://hluk.github.io/CopyQ/) is a clipboard manager with advanced features such as editing clipboard history, creating custom actions, and scripting support.

## Overview

This role installs the CopyQ clipboard manager on Pacman-based systems (e.g. Arch Linux) and ensures it is started automatically for the current user.

## Cosmos

The diagram places CopyQ in the Infinito.Nexus cosmos: the components it deploys (capabilities), the central services it consumes (dependencies), and its outward reach (federation and bridged external networks).

## Quick Setup

### Development

Clone, set up the workstation, and deploy CopyQ onto the local stack:

make compose-deploy mode=reinstall apps=desk-copyq full_cycle=false
```

### Production

Install CopyQ directly onto the target machine: clone the repository, install the OS prerequisites and the repository toolchain, then deploy against localhost over a local connection (no SSH, no container):
